We filled our roster for November 2021, and then we rescheduled. Most have recommitted to May 2022. Watch this space!

What COVID precautions should I expect?

There are currently no COVID-related restrictions in effect at Maranatha, but we will update this FAQ should conditions change. Unlike 2020, there are no limits on the number of people in a conference room, no spacing requirements, no questions about symptoms or possible exposures, no vaccine requirements, and no temperature readings prior to entrance to the facility.

  • You will be asked to sign a waiver form for contact tracing purposes. Maranatha collects waiver information in the event there is a reported case. If there is a reported case, tracing information is used to inform any guests/staff affected; no reports are filed with governmental agencies.
  • Mask-wearing is up to individual.
  • Hand sanitizer and masks will be available.

Please do not attend the Summit if you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID:

Maranatha is an 80+ acre Christian vacation destination and retreat/conference center located on 1/2 mile of private Lake Michigan beachfront. Google map and interactive grounds map.

How much does it cost to attend The Summit?

Full Summit For guests attending the Summit Wednesday through Friday (May 4-6). New this year! "Prequel" sessions Wednesday afternoon, evening (optional), and Thursday morning before the rest of the Summit begins... for spiritual renewal and to prepare your heart.

Two-Day Summit Regular schedule of plenaries and workshops over 2 days, Thursday and Friday (May 5-6).

Registration fees for the Full Summit and Two-Day Summit are lower when you lodge at Maranatha because meals and day fees are included. Those lodging two nights receive meals valued at $91.50; for one night the value is $60.40.

One-Day Attend the Summit either Thursday or Friday, no lodging needed.

Admission includes a conference notebook.

15% DISCOUNT for centers that are associated with Life Matters Worldwide.

DEADLINE for registration is April 11, 2022.

REFUND POLICY: If you cancel for any reason after April 11, 2022, a $30 fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed after the Summit. After April 18, $30 plus the cost of meals will be deducted from your refund.

How do we register for The Summit?

Registration for The Summit will be through our store. The deadline for registration is April 11, 2022.

Reminder: Make your lodging reservations at Maranatha to take advantage of better Summit registration rates. When you reserve lodging at Maranatha meals and day-fees are included, enabling us to charge less for The Summit.

How much does lodging cost at Maranatha?

Lodge rooms are spacious, air-conditioned, and have 2 queen beds and a bath. Duneside suites have 2 queen beds, a sofa sleeper, air-conditioning, one bath, and a fully equipped kitchen. Placements will be designated by Life Matters Worldwide. Take a virtual tour!

2021 RATES FOR ONE NIGHT, THURSDAY MAY 5:

  • Single occupancy - $159.00
  • Double occupancy - $137.00 per person
  • 3-5 occupancy - $124.00 per person

Meals included: Lunch and dinner Thursday, breakfast and lunch Friday (valued at $60.40/person).

2021 RATES FOR TWO NIGHTS, WEDNESDAY MAY 4 & THURSDAY MAY 5:

  • Single occupancy - $235 (or $117.50 per night)
  • Double occupancy - $213 per person ($106.50 per night)
  • 3-5 occupancy - $191 per person ($95.50 per night)

Meals included: Dinner Wednesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Thursday; breakfast and lunch Friday (a $91.50/person value).

The deadline for lodging reservations is April 11, 2022.

How do we reserve lodging at Maranatha?

You will be able to make lodging reservations through our store. We recommend you use the Edge browser, rather than Chrome, for ease of use at the present time.

  • The associate discounts does not apply to lodging fees at Maranatha.

Which meals are included?

Summit registration without lodging at Maranatha includes Thursday's lunch and dinner and Friday's lunch.

Guests who reserve lodging at Maranatha for Thursday night receive lunch and dinner on Thursday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday (a $60.40 value per person).

Guests who reserve lodging at Maranatha for Wednesday and Thursday nights receive dinner on Wednesday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Thursday; and breakfast and lunch on Friday (an $91.50 value per person).

What should I bring with me to The Summit?
  • Warm, casual attire (expect cool temperatures)
  • Rain-proof layers for outdoors
  • Toiletries (Maranatha does not supply toothpaste, shampoo, etc. in the rooms)*
  • Refillable water bottle
  • Umbrella
  • Pens/pencils
  • Your Bible

Every Summit guest receives a conference notebook with ample space for notes.

Please do not bring children to Summit sessions as they may become a distraction to others; childcare is not provided.

*Rooms at Maranatha do have a blow dryer and iron/ironing board.

When should we plan to arrive at The Summit?

If you're coming for the Full Summit, plan to check in between noon and 2:30 pm on Wednesday May 4. The first Prequel session begins at 3:00 pm.

If you're arriving Wednesday May 4 for the Two-Day Summit, check-in begins at 4:00 pm and will continue after dinner, which is from 5:30-6:30.

► Thursday morning check-in is from 9:00 to 10:00 am.
► For those coming Friday-only, check-in is from 8:30 to 9:00 am.

The Summit provides ample opportunity for pro-life vendors to reach people who'll use their resources. Our guests enjoy meeting and interacting with you. Exhibiting & Advertising FAQs

What do I need to know about exhibiting?

Exhibit space costs $125 and includes the following:

  • One 8-foot table in the Exhibit Hall (table cover NOT included)
  • Electrical outlet, as needed (bring your own extension cord)
  • Lunches both days for one representative. A second exhibit representative may attend for an additional $70. A third (or more) representative must register as a regular Summit guest.
  • The exhibitor's contact information is published in The Summit notebook; each exhibitor receives one Summit notebook, which includes a directory of all participants.
  • Exhibitors may provide items for guest tote bags, no purchase necessary. Your items must be sent to our office according to the specified deadline, in the specified amounts. Please refer to the details (PDF below) concerning deadlines and amounts.
  • The Summit schedule provides breaks during which guests have ample time to visit the exhibit hall. Exhibit Passports encourage guests to visit each exhibitor in order to receive prizes at the end of The Summit.
  • Reserve exhibit (display) space through our store by April 11, 2022.

How can I place an ad in The Summit notebook?

Affordable advertising is available in the Summit notebook, whether your organization exhibits at The Summit or not.

Rates and sizes:

  • 1/4 page, 3.5" W x 5" H - $25
  • 1/2 page, 7" W x 5" H - $50
  • Full page, 7" W x 10" H - $100

Reserve advertising space through our store. Summit advertisers must adhere to Life Matters Worldwide's Standards of Operation for pregnancy care centers. We must have your ad by April 11, 2022.

Other specifications:

  • Notebooks are printed in black & white only, so consider that when designing your ad (we can convert color to black & white)
  • Acceptable formats: TIF, JPG, EPS, PSD, or PDF
  • Email or share your ad via Dropbox, Google Docs, or OneDrive to events@lifemattersww.org
  • Include contact information (email and phone) where you may be reached during business hours
  • Placement is reserved when payment is received
How do I reserve exhibiting or advertising space?

Reserve exhibiting or advertising display space by contacting events@lifemattersww.org. The deadline for reserving display space is April 11, 2022.

May I contribute materials for guest tote bags?

Yes! No purchase is necessary to submit items for Summit guest tote bags, but please provide us with a description of the items you wish to contribute in an email to events@lifemattersww.org. We only ask that materials align with our Standards of Operation for pregnancy care centers.

Life Matters Worldwide must receive articles for tote bags no later than April 25, 2022.

Quantity required: 100-150 pieces

May exhibitors attend sessions at The Summit?

Exhibitors should be available at their display during all breaks, but yes, they may attend plenary sessions and workshops. Exhibitors should expect to be seated last in a workshop and make room for regular Summit guests when workshops are crowded.

Is lodging available for exhibitors?

Lodging is available on-site at Maranatha Bible & Missionary Conference. See Summit FAQs for venue details and which meals are included with lodging. The deadline for reserving lodging is April 11, 2022.

What should I bring for my display?
  • Table covering for an 8-foot table
  • Extension cords
  • Prizes for drawings. Help us make the Summit exciting by offering gifts and prizes for the closing session! Let Life Matters know what you'll be providing.
When may I set up and tear down my display?

Exhibitors may set up their displays the Wednesday before The Summit from noon to 5:30 pm and 6:30 to 9:00 pm, and on Thursday morning from 8:00 to 10:00 am. Tear down your display during the last session on Friday, from noon to 2:30 pm. View Schedule

How can I become a Summit sponsor?

In addition to regular exhibiting and advertising opportunities, your organization is invited to have a bigger role at The Summit with increased exposure and impact. Download a full description of sponsorship benefits.

Two levels of sponsorship are available:
