1. Review the benefits of association, association fee levels, our Statement of Faith, and Standards of Operation to determine whether association with Life Matters is a good fit for your pregnancy care center.
2. Discuss association with your PCC's board, if necessary.
3. Complete the appropriate application for association:
These forms may be completed on your computer. We suggest you download and save the one you need, complete and save the document, and then attach it in an email to Life Matters.
4. Pay the applicable association fee. The enrollment period for 2021 is December 1 through February 28; call for pricing after March 1. Receive early-bird pricing of $10 off if paid by January 31. Print an invoice, if needed.
5. Activate discounts for your center (Excellence or Multi-Satellite levels only) by registering at store.lifemattersww.org (if you haven't already). Contact Life Matters Worldwide to ensure we've given your account the Associate role.
