Discussions about the sanctity of human life occur everyday. Emotions rise, but few facts are shared. So today, we thought, let's talk about the facts.

Life Matters Worldwide hopes that this video will equip you to talk to others. Share it with as many people as possible. Learning and preparation go hand in hand when it comes to sharing your beliefs effectively!

Close you eyes and imagine the following for a moment:

You are a pastor in a foreign country.

You see needs in the lives of the many people who surround you.

They face fear, poverty, cultural estrangement and uncertainty due to unwanted  and unexpected pregnancies.

Child are dying everyday.

What do you do?

Western advisers may discuss traditional outreach methods like pregnancy care centers, abstinence programs and education needed for you area. But how do you locate those unwanted children now before it is too late? Before infanticide occurs?

Human ingenuity came to the rescue for one South Korean pastor. With little money and few resources, he installed a "Baby Drop Box" in his church. Click here to read this amazing story!

"Never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity."

~George S. Patton

How often have you heard that we are losing the battle when it comes to the pro-life movement? We hear about the needs and struggles, but rarely do we hear reports of success and victory.

Today, Life Matters Worldwide was reminded that though we may feel like we are losing individual battles, God is still winning the war and victory is all around us. We received the following e-news update from one of our centers:

Recently, we have had the joy of receiving graduation announcements from some of our "babies" that were rescued from abortion 17 years ago. These momentous occasions are reminders of the real-life impact of "saving babies in Minnesota, one woman at a time." We are grateful for your partnership in this work and thank God every day for His intervention in these situations. There is much more to do to eliminate abortion from our world, but today we are simply thankful.

-Metro Women's Center, Minneapolis, MN

As Christians, it is an excellent reminder that we are not responsible for the outcome of the war. We are called to follow God in faith, speak truth to others in love and share grace. The outcome of every battle is up to HIM. HE will produce the harvest.

The question is not will we win the war, but are we answering HIS call daily to head to battle? Are we seeking His guidance and being obedient to HIS hand in our lives?

Thank you to Metro Women's Center. You answered YES to that question and we have been blessed to hear of the harvest through you. Praise God for his intervention and the reminder of how one life can impact another!

If you falter in a time of trouble,
    how small is your strength!
11
Rescue those being led away to death;
hold back those staggering toward slaughter.
12
If you say, “But we knew nothing about this,”
does not he who weighs the heart perceive it?
Does not he who guards your life know it?
Will he not repay everyone according to what they have done?
Proverbs 24:10-12

“If there is one single molecule in this universe running around loose, totally free of God’s sovereignty, then we have no guarantee that a single promise of God will ever be fulfilled.”

Many of us struggle with the concept of God’s sovereignty.  If God is good, all powerful and totally in control, then why does HE allow evil to persist?  God answers our concerns with the following verses:

“But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day.  The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”

2 Peter 3:8-9

Today, we were reminded that the God we serve has HIS own timing.  We are grateful that in HIS perfect time HE answered the long standing prayers of so many by closing this facility.

Do you have something that you have been praying for?  Do not be discouraged.  HE hears us and will answer in HIS perfect time!
