Rich Dorsey, Interim President Rich was serving as chairman of Life Matters’ board when he was asked to step in as Interim President. This very active retiree has served on many boards, including for his church Alpha Women’s Center in Cedar Springs, Michigan. During his career he served in the Army (receiving the Bronze Star, a Purple Heart, and other campaign medals), was named “National Outstanding Manager” of a hotel chain, and was “Employee of the Year” for Cornerstone University in 1993. Since 1990, Rich has worked extensively in the field of planned giving and estate planning for Kingdom-based charitable organizations, including the Salvation Army.

Debbie Gafford, Financial Operations Director Debbie joined Life Matter's team in March of 2014 as assistant to the president. Prior to that she served in other office environments and helped with event planning for her husband's promotions and marketing company. Recently she assumed a greater role for the ministry, overseeing financial operations.
Michele Shoun, Director of Communications Michele began volunteering for Life Matters in 1984 and joined the staff in 1986 as an administrative assistant. Since then she's filled a variety of roles: writer, editor, designer, web administrator, and liaison to pregnancy care centers.
Britannia Dykstra, Development Assistant Britannia took on the role of development assistant in 2019. As a former single mother, she understands first-hand the importance of sharing the pro-life message and will use her previous experience as an executive news producer to ensure events run smoothly.
